This is a new homeowner controlled and managed site for information on the Laurelmont Community.
The Laurelmont Community is currently being managed by Otis HOA.

Starting March 1, 2024 we have a new Laurelmont Community Association website and all requests for service should be entered there
This is an unofficial website where we hope to keep documentation and information in addition to and beyond what Otis provides.
Some documentation available on the Otis website may also be here, but when a PDF is provided if it was not provided as searchable text, the copy here will have been run through an OCR program to create as much searchable text as possible.
This website was created on Nov. 6, 2021 and at that time it is barebones and we will be working to fill in as much as we can as quick as we can.
