Here I'll keep some information about Landscaping.

Starting November 1, 2023 we'll have a new landscape company servicing Laurelmont, it's Artistic Maintenance

We've done walk with them around the community so they know what needs to be done.

If you encounter any issues please notify Otis HOA so we can communicate your concerns to Artistic Maintenance so they can correctly service our community.

We use Moulton Niguel water to irrigate our landscaping

We have drains in our community
